Terms of Use

We are a directory. We introduce you to event planners and let you book a consultation with them. We are not a party to whatever you agree with a planner, we do not deliver events, and we never handle payment for one.

We check every listed planner’s registration documents, owner identity and portfolio, and we speak to them by phone before approving. That is a meaningful check and it is not a guarantee. Satisfy yourself before signing anything or paying money.

Reviews are written by customers who booked through us, after their event. You may edit your own review at any time. A planner may reply to a review and may report one, but cannot hide or delete it — and neither can we, other than for a clear policy breach such as abuse, a privacy violation, or a review we determine to be fake.

Testimonials a planner collected themselves are shown separately, labelled as such, and do not affect their star rating.

A confirmed appointment is a commitment between you and the planner. Either side may reschedule or cancel free up to 12 hours beforehand. Repeated no-shows may lose a planner their listing, or a customer their booking privileges.

One account per person, registered against an email address you control. Do not create accounts to post reviews for a business you are connected to — we check for it, and it is grounds for removal.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts at Chandigarh having exclusive jurisdiction.
