Privacy Policy

Your name and email address, which is how you sign in. A phone number only if you give one when booking or enquiring, so the planner can call you back. Details of the event you are planning, your bookings, enquiries and reviews. Standard technical data such as IP address and device type, which we also use to detect fake reviews.

When you enquire or book, the planner receives your name, email, phone if you gave one, and the event details you entered. Nothing else. Planners never receive a list of our customers, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

Email is our only messaging channel — we do not send SMS or WhatsApp, ever. Appointment confirmations, reminders and changes cannot be switched off, because they carry information about meetings you have committed to. Everything else can.

You can request a copy of everything we hold about you, correct anything wrong, and delete your account, all from your account settings. Deleting your account anonymises the reviews you wrote rather than removing them — otherwise anyone could erase honest feedback by closing their account.
