- Is it really free for customers?
- Yes, and always will be. We never charge you to browse, enquire or book a consultation, and we take no cut of what you pay a planner.
- When does billing start for planners?
- Every plan is free for the first 6 months after launch — a verified listing, enquiries and appointment booking, all at no cost. We email everyone well before anything changes. After that, payments are arranged personally rather than by card: you enrol in the plan you want and we write to you with the details.
- Can I change plan later?
- Any time. Upgrading raises your limits immediately. Downgrading hides anything over the new limit — it is never deleted, and it comes back if you upgrade again.
- Does paying more push me up the search results?
- Pro and Elite affect placement, and we say so plainly rather than pretending ranking is untouched by money. What paying can never do is change your rating, hide a review, or make you appear verified when you are not.
